High Tea Buffet at Museo

Saturday High Tea Buffet At Museo, Sentosa Cove. I love the ambience, pretty posh and not too crowded. Perfect for a good quality meal with your family and friends. It was a treat from my sister for my brother in law's birthday! The High Tea Buffet i had this afternoon was certainly different from the others i had in the past. It was superb. The variety was pretty limited but the food served was quality good food. Well, quality is certainly better than quantity right? Hahaha. Unlike the other international high tea buffets i had been to, which serve coffee and tea from the coffee machine, we have unlimited orders of drinks on the menu. So, the three of us ordered about 8-9 drinks in total and they were really terrific!

My favourites were the baked salmon in olive oil with tomato salsa, roast beef and tuna steak! The rest of the food were good too!

I really love their salmon. That was my 4th serving of salmon.

Love their tea cups and the sugar cubes. Their Hot Chocolates were really rich and infused with roasted hazelnut flavor. We tried all their Hot Chocolates except for the one with whiskey as that is only applicable to those who go for Weekend Beer Retreat Buffet.

Look at how beautiful their tea set is. We ordered cold and hot Lychee Tea and Hot Ginger Tea. The lychee tea is fantastic but i don't really fancy that Hot Ginger Milk Tea. Personal preference probably? By the way, the biscotti is really yummy.

Spammed the Latte. We tried Caramel, Irish and Roasted Hazelnut Latte and I love them all.

I was pretty disappointed with their desert. There were limited cakes and pastries and they were pretty ordinary. The scones were pretty dry. I prefer the fruits and marshmallows to cakes and pastries. Well, there are better buffet deserts elsewhere.
